The terms that govern your purchase and use of beamSIM eSIM data plans.

beamSIM sells eSIM data plans — a digital product. After purchase we deliver activation information (QR code and/or manual installation details) for you to install an eSIM profile on a compatible device.
eSIM plans work only on eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked devices. You confirm your device’s compatibility before purchase. Because compatibility is confirmed at checkout, we do not provide automatic refunds for device incompatibility.
Prices are shown at checkout (in EUR unless stated). The amount is calculated by us from the plan price; payment is processed by Stripe. Payment-processing fees may be non-refundable on discretionary refunds — see §5.
Delivery is complete when we make the QR code / manual activation details available to you (in-app and/or by email). Because an eSIM is a digital good, once activation details are delivered the product is considered supplied.
Because an eSIM is a single-use digital product tied to your order, refunds are limited:
We do not guarantee network speed, coverage, or uninterrupted service; these depend on the underlying mobile networks and provider.
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content/services supplied immediately, this right is lost only if you have given prior express consent to immediate performance and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. Where we have not obtained that specific consent, your 14-day right of withdrawal continues to apply.
Each plan has a stated data allowance and validity period. The plan stops working when the data is used up or the validity period ends, whichever comes first.
The eSIM is provisioned through a third-party connectivity provider and underlying mobile networks. Outages, throttling, or coverage gaps caused by the provider/networks are outside our direct control; we will assist via support but do not guarantee provider performance.
You are responsible for selecting the correct country/region and plan. We are not obliged to refund a correctly delivered plan that does not match your needs due to an incorrect selection; we may help at our discretion.

You must use the service lawfully and must not resell, abuse, or use the eSIM for unlawful activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by [governing law & jurisdiction — to be confirmed], without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms; the new effective date will be posted and material changes notified.
