How do I request a refund?
Refund requests are handled by our team through manual review. Here's how to start one.
What to do
- Email our team from the help center.
- Include your order details (the email you used at checkout and, if you have it, your order reference).
- Tell us briefly what went wrong (e.g. the eSIM didn't arrive, or it was never installed).
What happens next
- We review your request — usually within 48 hours.
- If we couldn't deliver a working eSIM, you get a full refund.
- For unused plans within 7 days, we may offer a goodwill refund at our discretion.
