How do I request a refund?

Refund requests are handled by our team through manual review. Here's how to start one.

What to do

  1. Email our team from the help center.
  2. Include your order details (the email you used at checkout and, if you have it, your order reference).
  3. Tell us briefly what went wrong (e.g. the eSIM didn't arrive, or it was never installed).

What happens next

  • We review your request — usually within 48 hours.
  • If we couldn't deliver a working eSIM, you get a full refund.
  • For unused plans within 7 days, we may offer a goodwill refund at our discretion.
