What is your refund policy?

Because an eSIM is a single-use digital product tied to your order, refunds are limited — but fair. Here's the policy in plain English.

When you get a refund

  • We couldn't deliver (the eSIM wasn't produced / fulfilment failed): full refund, including any payment fees.
  • Delivered but unused, recently purchased (not installed, no data used, within 7 days): a refund may be granted at our discretion as a goodwill exception.
  • Activated or used eSIM: not eligible for an automatic refund.

How it works

  • Refunds are decided by manual review — there's no automatic self-service refund except the "not delivered" case.
  • We don't guarantee network speed or coverage; those depend on the underlying networks.
