I didn't receive my eSIM — what now?

In most cases your eSIM arrives within seconds. If it hasn't, work through these steps.

Check first

  1. Look in your email — including the spam/junk folder — for your QR code.
  2. Confirm you used the correct email at checkout.
  3. Give it a few minutes; in rare cases provisioning can take a little longer.
